The following, which was held in third reading from the May 13,                                                                 
2007, calendar (page 1337), was again before the House:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 139                                                                                  
    "An Act repealing a limitation on the liability of certain airfield                                                         
    owners or operators."                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, SSSB 139 would be                                                                   
referred to the Judiciary Committee.
